We are a GLP and cGMP compliant analytical laboratory located in the Minneapolis/St. Paul metropolitan area, dedicated to providing a broad range of state of the art analytical characterization, bioanalytical and consulting solutions to the Medical Device, Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology, Nutraceutical, Cosmetic and related industries.

Katz Analytical roots date back to 1989, when Bill Katz, PhD founded the first Katz Analytical lab, and later in 1995 founded Materials Evaluation and Engineering, Inc (MEE). These Katz laboratories quickly became recognized throughout the Midwest as premier testing facilities in the analytical community.

The dedication to quality and technical leadership continues today. We don’t simply deliver data, but work to understand and partner with our clients to troubleshoot the most complex of problems, from early stage discovery, method development and support of pre-clinical and clinical studies, through production control. By leveraging our experienced senior level internal staff expertise or our carefully cultivated external associations, we are able to solve a diverse spectrum of client challenges.
